Randy Fish Randy Fish

Owned by Randy Fish, Editor of Drag Racer Magazine, 32ZOOM was finished in 2002. It made it’s debut in the Grand Ballroom of the Las Vegas Hilton during the SEMA Show for an invitation-only street rod industry reception, where eight cars were selected for display. During January of 2003, 32ZOOM was loaded in a trailer and hauled north to San Mateo for the Grand National Roadster Show where it took First Place in the 28 to 32 foot Hot Rod Highboy category. It’s features include a custom snub-nose chassis that’s stretched four inches and pinched 5 1/2 inches, and it’s powered by a GM Performance Parts Ram Jet 350 crate engine, backed by a 700R4 transmission. Before he became famous on television, master Southern California trimmer, Gabe Lopez was chosen to stitch the Connolly leather interior and trunk. 32ZOOM is finished in House of Kolor Ultra Orange Pearl, shot over a white base.
